Welcome to NutriCha! By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NutriCha, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

NutriCha is a recipe discovery and collection-sharing platform for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it only in ways that are lawful and consistent with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use NutriCha.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree not to share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
Automated access, scraping, or reverse-engineering of the app or its data is prohibited.

3. User Content

When you submit, import, or share recipes and collections through NutriCha, you:

Represent that you have the right to share that content.
Grant 4Robinson Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app.
Acknowledge that we may moderate, remove, or limit content that violates these Terms or community standards.

Recipe Accuracy: NutriCha is intended for inspiration and everyday cooking. We do not independently verify nutritional data, cooking times, or ingredient quantities. Always use your own judgment when preparing food, especially for dietary restrictions or allergies.

4. Imported Recipes & Third-Party Content

NutriCha allows importing recipes from external websites. When you import a recipe, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the source site's terms. NutriCha credits the source URL on every imported recipe. Paywalled or restricted recipes may import only partial content — visit the source site for the full recipe.

5. Collections & Sharing

You can create collections and invite others to join and contribute. As a collection owner, you are responsible for managing membership and content within your collections. NutriCha may notify invited users by email and in-app notification on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All NutriCha app content, design, and code are the property of 4Robinson Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features require a NutriCha Plus or Pro subscription, managed through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Apple's policies. We do not process payments directly.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

NutriCha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 4Robinson Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to food-related incidents resulting from inaccurate recipe data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NutriCha after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
