How do I import a recipe from a website?

Tap the "+" button on the Recipes tab and choose "Import from URL." Paste the link to any recipe page and NutriCha will extract the ingredients, steps, and more automatically.

Why did my imported recipe only show a few steps?

Some recipe websites restrict content behind a paywall. NutriCha imports what is publicly available and always credits the original source. Tap the source link in the recipe to view the full version.

How do I share a collection with someone?

Open the collection, tap the share icon, and enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite. They'll receive an email and an in-app notification to join.

Can I remove someone from my collection?

Yes. Open your collection's settings, tap the member's name, and select "Remove." This takes effect immediately.

How do I cancel my NutriCha Plus or Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email us at support@nutricha.app with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are always helpful!

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email privacy@nutricha.app and we'll process your request within 30 days.
